What do I get when I buy an asset?
Right after checkout the asset is added to your library, where you can download it instantly and as often as you need. Each product page lists exactly what's included and in which file formats.
Can I use Inspographics assets commercially?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license covering unlimited personal and client projects. You may not resell or redistribute the original files themselves. Full details are on the Licensing page.
What file formats are included?
Each product page lists its formats and file size. Most assets are delivered as a ZIP archive containing the editable source files.
How do I download my files?
Sign in and open My Library — every purchase has a Download button. Your downloads stay available whenever you need them.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by our global payment provider acting as merchant of record, which supports major credit and debit cards and popular local methods. Prices are shown in USD.
Do you offer refunds?
Because assets are instant digital downloads they're generally non-refundable once downloaded, but we'll make it right if a file is faulty or materially not as described. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do I need an account to buy?
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password to remember. An account keeps your purchases in your library and available across devices.
Are assets ever updated?
When we improve an asset you've already bought, the updated files appear in your library automatically at no extra cost.
