This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store. Inspographics is operated by Sohaib Tahir (sole proprietor, Pakistan), the data controller for the personal data described here.

• Order data — the products you buy, amounts, and download activity, so we can fulfill and support your purchases.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used (no invasive tracking).

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are entered with Paddle and are never stored on our servers — we receive only the confirmation and the information needed to deliver your order.

How we use your data

• To deliver purchases and provide your library and downloads.
• To send transactional email (receipts, order and account messages).
• To provide support and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve the site and our catalogue.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and cart functionality. Any analytics we run is aggregate and privacy-respecting; we don't sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate — including Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (file storage & content delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Paddle (payments & Merchant of Record). They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@inspographics.net.
