Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Inspographics (the “Service”), operated by Sohaib Tahir, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. By using the Service or purchasing an asset, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

2. Purchases & payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction and collects and remits any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax); your purchase is also subject to Paddle's checkout terms. Once payment is confirmed, your license and download are made available in your library.

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. By purchasing, you ask us to make the download available immediately and acknowledge that, once a working file has been downloaded, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — where it would otherwise apply, such as for EU/UK consumers — no longer applies. 3. License

Assets are licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by our Licensing terms. You may not resell or redistribute the original files.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security, scrape or bulk-download content, share download links, or use assets unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.

5. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. License terms for assets you've already purchased survive termination, as set out in our Licensing terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including assets, branding and site materials, is owned by Inspographics or its contributors and protected by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service and assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspographics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant asset.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.

10. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Licensing terms and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Inspographics regarding the Service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
